As a PhD student at Sahlgrenska Academy you will be educated in a dynamic environment with research of high quality and contributing new knowledge to your field as a self-dependent researcher.
A Degree of Doctor is awarded after the PhD student (=third-cycle student) has completed a study programme of 240 credits (equivalent to four years of full-time studies) in one of the subjects that Sahlgrenska Academy offers PhD education within.
